One cpu allways at 100%

Hi guys, it is just another high cpu case.
I have been looking on similar posts but could not find working response.
I would like to know how to mitigate this high cpu cause.
As you can see on image bellow:
Image from librenms shows that there is allways a cpu at 100% (it can change among cpus).
Image from winbox about cpu and profile with a weird peak in management section.
My router is:
CCR1036-8G-2S+
6.46.2 (stable)
Any ideas about working with this issue would be great.
BTW:
a Already tryed disable/enable snmp (just for a few minutes) and nothing happends.
b Can not reboot this router.
