Authenticated SMTP

When will we have SMTP authentication? I can't send to my cell phone because I can't authenticate to my server.

tell your server to accept unauthencated messages from the dude servers IP.

You can run your own server mail server (on your Dude NMS machine if desired). Look into postcast. There is a free version available.

Another request for SMTP authentication. Cannot be THAT hard to implement.

Seems mad that I have to run my own mail relay.
