Connections Issues with Router Switch CRS354

Hello,
I recently bought the CRS354-48G-4S+2Q+RM in order to replace an old device to use the CRS354 for switch purposes only.
We were using MikroTik devices with SwOS in past, having no issues at all.
But with the CRS354 or especially with RouterOS we are facing connection issues for a short period of time, sometimes seconds or minutes, today the device went unreachable for almost ten minutes. The device did not reset itself, I couldn't either access the management port.
We want to use it as a switch behind an AVM Fritzbox.
The config is attached, hoping for some help here.
