RB4011 with Ubiquiti Nano G using PoE

Hi all,
I am trying to setup a RB4011 feeding a Ubiquiti Nano G ONT via 10 ether port which is the poe-out of the RB4011 but every time I plug cable the router starts to reboot in loop...with no end. I tried to set the mode on "auto", "forced on"... but same resutls. I was reading specs and both works in passive, Nano G is 24v and Mikrotik is up to 30v in low power mode and 57 in High power mode.I saw that the pairs used are the same (4,5 for + and 7,8 for -). I do not know if i am doing something wrong.
Has someone this configuration working?
