NO I can't
I thing it's problemm in firmware, not in my config (Firmware version is 6.45.8, routerboard the same version)
Maybe if reboot router problem will disapeared, but it's on production with more than 100 clients

If you are not sharing the information and seeking help why are you posting here???
Since you think you know everything, why even send a supout to MT, divine the source code, write new source code, compile the new firmware version and fix it yourself.

What problems in config, you think, can make this error with dns?
My config file is very long and it has confidential information that i think don't should to present. If you know some place from config that can make this error please tell, and i try to present that confgi part.

No. I don't think I know everything. I already sent supout to MT. But If someone know how to resolve this problem why I can't ask for help

Understood, but based on your posts there was no request for help..
In terms of sensitive information
the export method above gets rid of most sensitive stuff off the top.
In addition ensure you remove any reference to your WANIP.
The only other delicate items may in your firewall address list??
Otherwise its safe to post, most do.

reboot router solve the problem. But It's very bad that no other way to restart dns service on mikrotik
