I am getting an E1 fiber line from one British telco to an African telco. I will be using line drivers to terminate the fiber line when it reaches Africa. I will like to use MT box after the line drive and install PTP to my base station. My question is will I be able to use the MT box? some are suggesting I should use a cisco 3600, but due to cost I will rather use my MT box, will my MT box work and if it will how will I configure it.?

So what u are saying is if I purchase and install this device below in my MT box I should be able to receive the E1 line with no problem. Will I need any kind of special configuration done to my MT box? I will be putting the device in a windows machine or I have to use an MT router OS board?
