How to get connected without any assigned IP to device?

@SUPPORT: My new MT router/switch device (CRS328-24P-4S+RM) which I changed to use SwitchOS (old version 2.7) and set DHCP ONLY will not get an IP Address of my main router and so the IP address of the MT switch is now 0.0.0.0
I already reset the device but after reboot no changes in WinBox, same SwitchOS preconfigured with 2.7, I must connect to device to upgrade to SwOS 2.12 and make it accessible again
Questions:
- How to get connected to it, which possibilities have I?
- If the answer for above question is Console Cable, should also work with the current configuration with IP 0.0.0.0 to connect?
- Which client tool should I use to connect via Concolse Cable, any wiki steps?
