License Purchase Issue!

Hi,

I have been trying to purchase L6 License since last week, but each times the payment portal gives issue. Tried multiple bank cards (3D Secure enabled) and 0.10$ verification transaction succeeds, but the transaction for license itself never succeeds.

It seems there is an issue, My bank says that first transaction (0.10$) goes well but the next transaction doesn't succeed due to wrong CCV or Expiry Date. Now the issue is, we don't give the card details next time after verifying the card (first 0.10$ transaction). May be Mikrotik server storing the card data is changing the information, so it doesn't work.

I see another post related to this, where they ended up paying through PayPal. We don't have Paypal working here.

Anyone got some clues?

If you were purchasing from official mikrotik page (not from reseller) then it would be better to contact mikrotik directly. This is just a forum and no official support (definitely not in regards of sales/payments) is guaranteed. In the checkout process, I noticed a reference to "sales@mikrotik.com" email, so that will likely be official support channel if you have trouble with your purchase. Remember to include your client account and order number.
