script to automatically telnet after logging in

I have been running a wingate box for many years.
the main reason i run it is because of its telnet proxy.
it allows somebody from the internet to telnet to it and
then with a username/pass forward the telnet to a unix server behind
the firewall.
is there a script available that allow somebody telnetting to my
mikrotik box that after they enter their username/password that
automatically telnets them to my unix server behind the mikrotik?
I cannot port forward as many of the salesmen are in different hotels
throughout the country and we do not want to open port 23 up to the
world on the unix box. VPN isn't an option for us right now.
When they get the:
MikroTik v2.9.43
Login:
and they login with the username/password of john.doe/john.doe
instead of a
[admin@Mikrotik] > Login:
they are automatically telnetted to 192.168.1.1 behind the firewall
without having to type in:
/system telnet 192.168.1.1
Hope I explained that ok?
Thanks
Wayne
