RB133C and R52: 5 GHz, real data transfer rate

Wed Jul 04, 2007 2:50 am

Hello again,

if I considerd the following scenario:

LAN
|
Wireless bridge (RB133C, R52, bridge mode, nstreme disabled, routing disabled, 15 dBi directional antenna)
/\/
5 GHz, distance: 2 Km (LOS), Fresnel zone free of obstructions
/\/
Wireless bridge (RB133C, R52, bridge mode, nstreme disabled, routing disabled, 15 dBi directional antenna)
|
LAN

What throughput should I expect?

Regards.

What throughput would I get?

Have you made a specific test in a situation like above?

Regards.
You should be able to push 15-20Mbit UDP and somewhere between 10-15 Mbit TCP.
