Accessing a server that is running a VPN from remotely

Hello,
I've been trying to access a LAN server from the internet but can't seem to get the forwarding right. I don't even know if it's possible.
The server on my LAN (172.16.1.176:8112) I'm trying to access is running a VPN, all internet traffic in and out of that server uses a VPN with dynamic IPs, but the LAN traffic is bypassed. So accessing it from anywhere on the LAN works flawlessly. But, when trying to access it through the internet it's just not possible.
Is there anyway to connect to that LAN server from the WAN without using a VPN to call into my Mikrotik and accessing it through the LAN?
