cAP ac - a few questions

1. I am about to buy a MikroTik RouterBOARD cAP ac and have a question about the LED configuration. I've read that you can turn them off through software, but I've also read that they turn on automatically when you turn the device off and on again. Is it possible to keep the LED configuration on device restart?

Edit: The LED configuration does persist across reboots. A single press of the center button is enough to permanently disable all LEDs. Nice!

2. Is it possible to put the device into some sort of deep sleep via software?

Would be great if there was some kind of Wake-on-LAN feature.
Or you can disable "most" things on it, like disable WLAN from a scheduler,
I tried that, and the lowest power consumption I was able to achieve so far is 3.4 W.
