situation is next:
when i seat at office am in lan and can see via MAC all MT routers
but now summer vacations and office is far away
situation MT(1) is connected to internet
but MT (2-4) is in lan used for WiFi
what should i do to see all MT with Winbox
inside lan they do not use real IP addresses
is only chance is PPTP (L2TP)
or web redirect?

i'm not sure is this answers your question...
but set up windows VPN to your first mikrotik. This will allow you to connect to subnets connected to that mikrotik. Then you can winbox into anything connected to it.
