Since an upgrade to Winbox that happened in 2019 or so, some people running a WIndows 10 VM under Parallels on a Mac with a Retina screen have had a problem where the Winbox window panes and character type always open at a very tiny size, and need to be "Zoom(ed) in" several times before normal size is reached... every time a router is opened, which is tiresome.
(Note that this is despite the type size being fine for every other app you are running -- only Winbox suffers from this issue. It would be nice if MT could spend a little effort to find out what adjustment its display code is failing to make, and correcting it.)
Attempts to fix the problem by dickering with Windows' own display parameters often just makes things worse.
The problem can be avoided by opening up Parallel's configuration for that VM and proceeding to Hardware / Graphics (or Video, on some older Parallels). Under the current version (Parallels Desktop 16), there are three options: "Best for Retina Display," "Scaled," and "Best for external displays."
"Scaled" will give you proper operation in Winbox; the other two result in the tiny type issue.
Not using the Retina option will rob you of the extra clarity of your display when running Windows, but at least you won't have to zoom Winbox in three times every time you open a router.
Additional help is available here (note that this is an old article and Parallels has been upgraded many times since then).
