Please help - Hotspot: 50 user and total uptime limit?

Hello specialists,
can you please help me by answering the following question.
"Shared users" can be entered under IP / Hotspot / UserProfiles, for example 50. Under IP / Hotspot / Users the "Uptime limit" can be set, for example 12h. What does this mean? EVERY user can surf for 12h (12h*50 =600h) OR all 50 users together can surf 12h?
I'm using V6.45.9 long-term.
