I have just gotten a new switch CRS354 and could connect to it as router. I went it an changed to Switch-mode under Switchboard and clicked apply/OK. Then I rebooted and no ports are active. When I plug in device into any port, no port light shows up. I do get some kind of traffic (detected on computer) on management port, but no light on the switch itself. Maybe no ligth when connected to management port? How can I connect if not by winbox?

I have tried to reset 4-5 times: Held the reset-button in until the ligth have started blinking and even tried to hold longer. But now I can't even get it back to default config it seems.

From time to time, all ports blinks for a few seconds before it dies again. I have only a laptop connected to it, no other network.

What could be wrong? I have left it on for good 20 minutes after reset...

Update: I finally got it reset and could log in. Now I activated switch OS, clicked apply/ok and rebooted. No ports active. How are one supposed to connect to switch os? Or maybe this switch doesn't support SwitchOS?
