CRS354-48P-4S+2Q+ Slow 10G SFP+

Hello guys,
I'm having a bit of an issue,
I have a gaming lounge and I use LAN boot for my Gaming PCs so speed is very important and for my current setup I have the:
PXE server on a 10G SFP+ port on CRS305-1G-4S+IN
3x RB4011iGS+RM on the other 10G SFP+ port on CRS305-1G-4S+IN
all Gaming PCs are connected to the 3x RB4011iGS+RM
everything works perfectly and I can take advantage of the 10G speed most of the times since its very rarely when more than 10 Gaming PCs request data at the same time.
no special setup on the RB4011iGS+RM, I just reset with no default settings and bridge all ports, the same goes for CRS305-1G-4S+IN.
but now I got a new CRS354-48P-4S+2Q+RM, to replace the 3x RB4011iGS+RM and the CRS305-1G-4S+IN, and I did the same, reset with no default settings and bridge all ports, connected the PXE server to the 10G SFP+ port and the gaming PCs to the 1G ports, but the speed is very slow.
am I doing anything wrong ?
is there a special setup i need to do to be able to get the full 10G from SFP+ to all the 1G ports ?
