I have been in a situation a few times now with connecting into EE on band 3 with the EARFCN value (bandwidth) only connecting in on 10MHz even though 20MHz is broadcast.

What I have been doing to test is removing the sim, putting a new sim in but it still only connects in at 10MHz. I then try a new LHG or SXT and I can then connect in a 20MHz. So thinking its a device issue.

FYI - Even while on site I did a factory reset, a NET Install and still only 10MHz.

I have now retested the what was deemed faulty device at home and put in an EE SIM and it connects at 20MHz straight away.

Any ideas?
