Remote access to server via DDNS freezes

I have PPPoE connection to Internet on my Mikrotik hAP ac. Also I use dst-nat rule for port forwarding in order to get remote access to my local server. Usually I get access to server via IP-address of the router.
Now I've entered command /ip cloud set ddns-enabled=yes in order to setup DDNS, and mentioned that though I've got access to server but it's very slow and laggy. Remote server screen freezes up to 10 seconds. This is not the case with the access through IP-address. What can I do with it?

Can you confirm that the public IP address you get from the ISP provider (aka to your router) is the same public IP that IP DDNS yields???
Should just work.........
