I use the wAP ac LTE6 kit and the speed is very low.
With my smartphone and 4G I reach 80/30 Mbit and with the LTE Modem maximum 40/10 Mbit, mostly only 35/5 Mbit.
What can I do, what should I check? It is the same contract.

I use the newest Modem Firmware R11e-LTE6_V027 and the newest Long-term Release 6.47.10

Compare RSRP and RSRQ values between your MikroTik and your smartphone.

By cable or by wifi?

The LTE inside the smartphone is.... directly connected.
If the smartphone test the RouterBOARD LTE connection by wi-fi.. the wifi settings and hardware inside the smartphone can make the differencie.....

For instance...
In the US near Washington DC.
Verizon Wireless most common channel was not supported by Mikrotik.
So it defaulted to a slower channel.

You talk about the region/state/country?
Because version and model are all declared: R11e-LTE6
