Today I noticed that the Telegram application can only receive message notifications without the need to log into the router via the hotspot page. Is there a solution to this problem

Sorry, I do not understand what the problem is?
For me if I get a router log notification or a telegram notification it is dependent upon the setup by the admin??
THe only issue with anything based on the LOG or the router is that such notifications are useless because the router cannot communicate and thus one needs an external checker on the network.
In my case another family members MT checks......
