i have got 532A boards and R52 wireless cards
Could you please help me, how can i add PayPal system in to Hotspot interface, so guest can directly use internet by credit card.

You can use the User-Manager package, which includes paypal integration.
The wiki (wiki.mikrotik.com) does contain documentation of that feature (and user-manager in general).
