Hi, I have an mAP2n, but I see only one wireless chain in WinBox as well my clients only connect with 150mbit max. According to the specification, this should be a 2 chain device up to 300mbit.
I already performed a netinstall. Does anyone has an idea hot to activate the 2nd chain? RouterOS is 6.48.
Cheers

Answer to your Question: How to Check Wireless Chains
Via SSH/Terminal
:put [/interface wireless get wlan1 rx-chains]
:put [/interface wireless get wlan1 tx-chains]
The Answer should be
0;1
Via Winbox:
Step 1: Navigate to Wireless
Step 2: Select Wireless-Interface (wlan1)
Step 3: Navigate to HT (See Image)
-> RX-Chain and TX-Chain should all be Checked

The mAP2nD has Dual Chain wireless, the original mAP2n is very similar to the cAP2n and only has a single chain wireless:

As @hectae explained: mAP2n has single wireless chain. The "2n" part of the device name refers to
wireless capabilities and it translates to "2.4GHz radio supporting 802.11n, single chain".

Thanks, I was not aware that there was also a single antenna variant!
