Cant connect to renew license

Hello to all.

Please need a help, I've got error: Cannot resolve dns... On my RouterOS (this is not hard Mikrotik, just RouterOS on my Data Center)

I have configured my RouterOS and i can get resolv ya.ru or other site from ping tool from WinBox and from my PC in my Mikrotik LAN.

I have prepaid key, will I must generate key from my prepaid key for my RouterOS and will I must choice root or 2021 folder...?

Is it possible for you to POST your Config ?
