i have amikrotik 5ghz access point outdoor package with router board 220 with 266 mhz cpu with 64 mb sdram,64mb compack flash mdole. wisp ap level 5=costom frequensy licence.802 11a+b minicard with u-fl.
my problem is that ,it just suddenly stopped router internet packets from my isp. the radio is seeing my isp 's radio.i checked the ip/route from my side.it was dynamicallt routing.
i decided to reset from my winbox.
i lost all my configuration.
my problem now is
1)I dont know wether i have also lost my level five licence?
2)i also dont know how to reconfigure the access point again?
please i need an urgent response please

you have not lost you license, and contact your ISP for your settings and then see our manual on how to configure your router according information your isp provides.

When you get it fixed have a look for the export command to save you next time

i have tried following the manual i found on the mikrotik site without much success. i can now get into the bios and chose the booting mode but i cannot install the packages .i downloaded the two file netinstall.exe and mingwm10.dll. i extracted the pakages with npk extensions into a folder amd the mingwm10.dll. i dont know wether the file that is suppose to boot the rb is missing thats is why?or there is something else iam suppose to do.
