Securing wifi without having to enter keys??

Hi
I use a rb532 for networking a family owned operation and i want to make the connection secured even though i don't care who has access to it. And I see there are options on a client computer where you can select "key is provided automatically". How can i set that up so that the Mikrotik will secure the network but still wouldn't have to enter a key? The reason i want that is because of sniffers and such.
Any help will be appreciated.

In a correctly configured EAP setup the radius server will automatically provide per-client keys.
