Win 10 intermittent DHCP response 6.49.2

Hi there
I have had DHCP working for years on LAN and WLAN on my Mikrotik ( Windows 10 laptops , IPPhones , Android , SNOM IPPhones , IP Cameras etc )
Since Windows 10 had an update end of 2021 - not sure which update but we have been experiencing a LOT of issues where only Windows 10 PCs don't get a DHCP IP address from the Mikrotik since then
Ipconfig on the PC shows the Windows default 169.254.0.XX address (when no DHCP server is found ) - the after "Ipconfig / release" , then "Ipconfig / renew " a couple of times we get the correct DHCP address from the Mikrotik which is a "172.16.0.XX" private IP ???
This is ONLY a problem on Windows 10 machines - regardless of WiFi on Lan connection
Is there a timer or something I need to change ?

interim-update: 0s
[admin@FILTRATION-RDPOORT] /ip dhcp-server config>
[admin@FILTRATION-RDPOORT] /ip dhcp-server> print
Flags: D - dynamic, X - disabled, I - invalid
