The mikrotik gears are here!!!
Got CCR, CRS and AUDIENCE

Now i need some help in configuring these things.
One question i have is, is community support all we got?
Even for a brand new purchase?

P.S No way to attach images? Only option is web images???

A question i have

CCR-1, CRS-1, CRS-2 and AUDIENCE-1

is it ok to create 3 VLANS to put the CRS1, CRS-2 and AUDIENCE-1
OR
create just 1 VLAN and connect CRS-1 and then connect CRS-2 and AUDIENCE-2 to CRS-1

Since we are not supposed to do switching on CCR-1 router, wanted to know what is best setup

Also why do routers have so many ports if we should not do switching on them? If we create VLANs from the router, wont that result to doing switching?

So no route to requesting support from mikrotik? just forum support?

You don't put your network gear into VLANs.

I know what VLANs are, did you read my question?
If you don't put your network gear into VLANs when what do you put into VLANs?
we got trunk ports and access ports, so depends how you interpreting my question

I am not starting from zero with mikrotik
I have been able to follow couple of guides already
I just have certain questions, like i asked above
and maybe a few follow up questions after that

I am not some networking eliterate
