how can i setup hotspot with mikrotik?

hi
i want to setup hotspot with mikrotik.so is it possible can i make setup with MT or not?
i don't have knowledge abt database.is it required radius server for that?
if someone guide me its really appreciate.plz send some example to configure hotspot with mikrotik routers.
