Hi,
can anyone explain to me, what is the difference in mesh wifi comparing to classic set of accesspoints with the same ssid working on non overlaping channels?
Is it true that in mesh configuration accesspoints manage client roaming? So are all mesh aps working on the same channel mandatory?
My use case is my house. I have 3 devices: at ground floor, at first floor and in the garden. All devices are connected with 1 Gbit wire to main switch and then to the router. So i don't need to do wireless wds or any of that.
I just want to give end users best roaming experience as possible when walking around the house. Is mesh doing to help me with that?
So actually I would like to acheive with Mikrotik what is advertised in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVH2RzdwbFM
Access point pushes client to acces point with stronger signal.
