Hello,

I can't see anything mentioned about "IPsec hardware acceleration" on the specs of new CCR2004-16G-2S+PC (passive cooling) router -> https://mikrotik.com/product/ccr2004_16 ... ifications, there is nothing mentioned about IPSec throughput performance into Test Results either https://mikrotik.com/product/ccr2004_16 ... estresults.
Am I missing something? For instance CCR2004-16G-2S+ does support and there are test results posted https://mikrotik.com/product/ccr2004_16 ... estresults
Both block diagrams are pretty close to each other and the main difference (apart from power supply & fan controller) is that CPU of CCR2004-16G-2S+ looks to be a little bit overclocked to 1.7GHz, compared to 1.2GHz CPU of CCR2004-16G-2S+PC (probably because of heating constrains).
My question is - should I use CCR2004-16G-2S+PC with IPSec and what kind of throughput may I expect (I need it for ~5 site-to-site IPSec tunnels)?

All CCR models have a hardware accelerator. 5 vpn tunnel without problems.

I sent a email to the sales team, got a response:

Thank You for Your interest in our products!

IPsec test results for CCR2004-16G-2S+PC will be available in the nearest time! Theoretically, the results should be similar to CCR2004-16G-2S+ but due to the lower CPU frequency (limited for cooling reasons) they should be a bit more modest.
