I have an LtAP LTE6. I'm using AT&T in the U.S.

I get very low bandwidth (<5 Mbps) on the device, however, with the exact same SIM card inserted into a tablet (and standing in the same spot) I get about 40 Mbps.

I tried connecting a cheap "puck" LTE antenna, as well as mANT LTE 5o. It makes no difference whether I am inside or outside the house.

From what I am reading, the R11 Modem in the LtAp supports all of the bands that AT&T transmits on here in the U.S.

What could be the problem?
