LTE: Mobile and stationary antennas?

I'd like to add an LTE router to my RV with both a mobile antenna (more streamlined, less windload) and a directional fixed antenna on a mast. The mast would be erected when I arrive at the campsite, and the mobile antenna would be used when I'm on the road or for shorter stops.
I'd either use a coaxial switch to select the different antennas, or just screw/unscrew the connectors.
Can somebody recommend both/either a good mobile antenna for those two different use cases?
I have the MikroTik mANT LTE 5o. In my (very limited) testing, it didn't provide a noticeable improvement, neither in terms of signal indicators on the MT router, nor speed tests, versus the antenna on my LtAP.
