Cloud backup causes RB2011 to drop WAN connection.

This is very odd, but I have a RB2011 on my home network, and running cloud backup immediately causes the WAN connection to drop. The router doesn't freeze and is completely responsive still, but no WAN connection at all. The WAN connection will not come back until the RB2011 is rebooted. Nothing shows up in the logs. Instead of wasting time making the video and posting it on reddit,
did you contact support@mikrotik.com?

I figured I had to upload the video somewhere, and reddit is easy enough. I also thought this forum and the subreddit were for general questions/problems people had. And I figured it's better for tech support to happen in public forums so that other people in the future can google the problem instead of wasting tech supports time. I also didn't expect to be met with this level of hostility for asking a simple question. I guess I was wrong on all counts.

Do you expect mikrotik support to browse reddit and answer you there to solve the problem?
You have not yet answered if did you contact support@mikrotik.com?

Yes and I received a autoresponse which literally tells me to ask in this forum....
