Dear All,

Is there anyway to get the RouterOS to automatically reboot daily? We have them installed on all our sites operating as a hotspot - a daily reboot seems to clear any problems we have. If I could set them to reboot automatically at 0300 for example, that would excellent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

whats the point of getting mikrotik if you have to reboot them daily like with a consumer router?

If you have to reboot a mikrotik every day then there is a issue with the hardware itself or a config issue causing the issues.

I have MT's with around 700 days uptime and they are still going strong.

Hi, since this thread has went this way like it or not if your customer has a lot of connections and you're saving in hardware, it is better to reboot it daily. Sometimes the board seems unusable. Recently I installed one and the customer almost threw it out because of this problem. All I had to do was create this script and voila problem solved! no more complaints. I had to do this because I could not find what the actual problem is, unfortunately
