RB941-2nD periodicaly rebooted after upgrade to ros 7.5

HI, i have trouble with my router, RB941-2nD periodically rebooted after upgrade to ros 7.5
in log see this:
router was rebooted without proper shutdown
kernel failure in previous boot
out of memory condition was detected.
have anyone ideas what that and how to solve?
