I recently purchased RB5009 and also a Unifi US-16-150W switch.

I want to connect both devices via SFP, but the problem is, Mikrotik has 10G SFP+ whereas Unifi switch has only 1G SFP.

How can I connect both devices via SFP, Which cables & Modules should I use?

I have used the same setup. Used Ubiquiti 1.25 gig multi mode SFP transceivers and some LC OM3 fiber patches I bought on Amazon. Worked like a charm.
