RB4011 "freeze" after enabling switch2 cpu ports

Hi
The title says it's all.
If I try to enable any of the ports what powered by the switch2 cpu (6-10) the RB4011 freeze, getting very slow, showing false informations about the ports ( it shows its RS ) while there is no cable attached in the port.. and measuring incredible TX/RX speeds (like 34.4 Gbps).
And the device is hot as hell. Even with proper ventilation.
For now, I disabled those ports, and there is no problem right now, we can use the Router, but it is very frustrating..

Does somebody got any idea why does this happens?

If this happens with multiple different ROS versions (6.48.6 as v6 long-term, 6.49.6 as v6 stable, any recent v7 such as 7.5), then it's most likely a hardware failure.

I did ROS update from 6.47 factory default to 7.5 .. I'll try to downgrade to 6.49.6.

I'm like aTOMico, I use all ten of the Gig ports (nothing in the SFP) on my RB4011 with ROS v6.49.6 without issue. Temperature shows 32 C in an air conditioned data cabinet.
Sounds like a hardware problem to me.

Hi
The title says it's all.
Is this a new unit? What's the history behind it?
