The short answer is no, you should have different SSIDs (virtual APs) for each vlan you would like users to be on.
You may be able to assign VLANs and use the same SSID if the MAC addresses of each client are static and the same between reconnects. Many devices now use "private MACs" which mean that the MAC address is random and changes each time you connect to a different wireless network.
The easiest and most consistent way of accomplishing what you are asking is to set up multiple virtual APs for each VLAN and then connect the respective clients to the SSID/VLAN you want them on
