Hotspot - can activated vouchers (=users) be switched off at a fixed time?

Hello specialists,
is there a way, maybe a script, to turn off activated vouchers every day at e.g. 11:45pm.
I mean the activated users (=vouchers) under IP/Hotspot/Users and NOT under IP/Hotspot/Active or IP/Hotspot/Hosts.
I would like the voucher to be turned off at e.g. 11:45pm and not after...minutes or hours. So at a fixed time.
