I'm seeing a consistant problem across our network concerning AP+WDS mode - essentially we see random disassociations without good reason (either 'no beacons' or 'sent deauth'). In both cases the RF situation is fine, and in a couple circumstances I was able to remove Mikrotik's software (ie - replace with linksys wrt54g's running openwrt) from the situation and the AP+WDS works fine.

Oddly, in many of these cases we were attempting to use it to gain larger coverage. If we put the affected units into 'Station WDS' mode they quit disassociating at random.

I see these problems on links no matter what the signal/snr. RSTP is enabled. I'm seeing this at all frequencies and all locations I have attempted this configuration with MT.

Is there a magic configuration setting to make this problem go away?

more info... the client end shows "no activity" about 1/10th as often as the AP side shows its massive quantity of errors. Taking the bridge down and rebuilding it seems to last for some time, until things go 'wrong' again.

As soon as I can get 2.9.47 (for some reason the MT download site is a measly 22ms and 9 hops from my gateway, yet I can only get 6-7KB/sec from http://www.mikrotik.com - could you please get some decent web hosting?) I will give it a try...

Another issue - I'm seeing duplicate packets on the affected WDS clients *including* those in 'Station WDS' mode (they just happen to be more stable than AP+WDS connections). approximately every-other ping has a duplicate response. Any help would be appreciated.
