Missing RouterOS WinBox Plugins

Every 2.9beta I have tried including beta12 has given me this error when trying to manage with WinBox. Anyone else get this error? Whats the deal?

Have NOT seen this one..
I have had some issues with some functions crashing winbox, but last two have been stable.

Well this is weird. I tried connecting with 3 different PC's on our LAN. I simply reset deafaults on the Mikrotik. Change password and add IP of 192.168.1.200/24. Telnet works fine just no Winbox.

Have you tried to goto
http://192.168.1.200 in the internet browser.
The first time I installed the 2.9.x it would not winbox but it would ping and telnet. So I tried the browser and it worked after that.
Let me know if this works.
