Ditto. It would be great to get this fixed. Aside from that, RC9 seems good so far...

the whole PC is freezing , no responce to any input (keyboard) , so how can i make supout.rif when its freezing ? i send supout.rif to support , no direct solution except upgrade to higher release candidate !!!!!
and i dont know when it will start freezing , last time more than 24 hour !!!! without enabling web-proxy every thing goes so smooth ....
i dont know why MT REMOVE squid from options ? and as in the 2.9 2 proxies , untill everything is working normal ..

Yes I have written so many times about one disadvantage of Ver.3 web proxy and that is we can't put any max object size on our own in the web proxy setting, that's why big files like 20 MB can't be cache. I have tried so many ways to do that but failed. Hope MT OS builder can fix this and give us the chance to put the max object size on your own. :(

And let me tell you I can do it with Ver2.9 easyly. 8)

Regards

yes , its so easy in 2.9 , beside you have 2 options of proxy there , i wonder that things must go better not worse ..

I've posted this issue too: http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php ... 335&hilit=

If you exit from WinBox through "exit", you loose your "columns" settings

You mus exit from your winbox session closing winbox's window instead click on "exit".

(you can use this "method" until WinBox developers fix this issue)

regards.

wow, I have nearly 600 mikrotik devices in the field, I spend 1-2 hours a day on average logged into winbox, and I never realized there is a button other then the windows X to exit winbox...

hehe, I just clicked it, and guess what, it exited!

now I have to log back on, I didn't actually need to close, I just wanted to hit the button

ive had many times where the 'exit' button is the only way to save settings. Hitting the X wouldnt save window positions, settings, etc in winbox. Some of you say its the other way around ? Anyhow, X and EXIT should do the same thing in my opinion (hint hint winbox creator).

yes, both X and Exit save your settings. Make sure you don't have the "load previous session" unchecked in the loader :)
