Hi,
I have set up Tor relay now, of course, the number of connections has increased
Router (RB951G-2HnD) now very often has a CPU load of 100%
Is this a problem or should I add some cooling?
Thanks....

Do not use some device that is quite bottom of the barrel in terms of CPU for a CPU intensive application.
The RB951 is meant for a specific purpose for this purpose - which has price as a "main" point, it is built with a limited CPU as it does not need more.

You want to run something that is very high in terms of CPU usage, get something with is CPU optimized. Like the RB5009UG.

The idea behind the 951 is to act as access point or low performance router. It is sold as "wireless SOHO Gigabit AP". It does that AMAZINGLY and for a low price. It is not a firewall level high duty router. The 5009 is.
