I use CSS326-24G-2S+ with SwOS 2.13 and sfp+ XS+DA0001
on the other side there is RB2011UiAS-2HnD with RouterOS 6.49.7, Auto Negotiation off ("on" is shows "no link")

on CSS326 if i set Auto Negotiation "on" there is "no link" on sfp port
if i set Auto Negotiation "off" i can not choose speed more the 1G
How can i set speed more than 1G?

PS. I checked viewtopic.php?t=192633#p978445 but i can not set Auto Negotiation to "on" on my CSS326

RB2011 has an SFP with support only for 1Gbps modules. It's not an SFP+ port with 10Gbps capability.

Also, SwOS does not support manually setting up link speeds above 1Gbps even for compatible devices.

As I understand it, the CSS326 will operate at higher speeds when set to Auto AND the other end is forcing the higher speed. However as Okes said, the RB2011 is Gig only, so it certainly won't force 10G speed.
