Wireless "Provision" killed radio

Having an issue that is self-inflicted, but I can't seem to fix it.
hAP AX2 - I was clicking through Wireless/Radios and saw a button to provision.. never tried this before, so I chose wifi1 (5Ghz radio) and clicked provision.
Now (no matter what I do) I can't get wifi1 to come back. I've reset config a number of times, tried different versions of ROS, etc. It shows slave master bound but no device can connect to it. It also shows Disabled Port within the bridge.
Here's the config:
/interface wifiwave2
set [ find default-name=wifi1 ] channel.band=5ghz-ax .skip-dfs-channels=all \
.width=20/40/80mhz configuration.country="United States" .mode=ap .ssid=NCO \
disabled=no security.authentication-types=wpa2-psk,wpa3-psk
set [ find default-name=wifi2 ] channel.band=2ghz-ax .skip-dfs-channels=\
10min-cac .width=20mhz configuration.mode=ap .ssid=NCO disabled=no \
security.authentication-types=wpa2-psk,wpa3-psk
Anyone else seen this issue? How should I resolve it? Help!

Most likely you enabled CAPs mode but I highly doubt you have done a proper reset then.
In Winbox, Wireless, tab Wifiwave2, there is a button CAP.
Enter it, then disable that mode (uncheck Enabled).
If you really want to reset, can also be done from Winbox:
System / Reset Configuration
Keep users
Dont select CAPs mode (or you're stuck again)
No Default config is up to you (don't select this if you want default config back, do select if you want empty config)
Do not backup is up to you.

Disable the provisioning rules that match the local interfaces and press provision again under radios, for each interface, that will resolve it.

Hi Guntis! I've never configured CAPSMAN on this device so I'm not sure where I'd find the provisioning rules... can you help point me to where that would be?

It's under "Wireless" menu, you have tab called "Provisioning"

I had the same issue and got the wifi1 and wifi2 to come back. However now I can't see SSIDs even though they are reportedly running.

I've made the same "mistake", and spent hours to repair..
After (about 10) configuration resets, I've tried "button reset procedure", and that was working.. :\
Something is different with the configuration reset - started from Winbox System menu..
So my recommendation: Reset by button.

This does not work... I did click it by complete mistake and my 5G network was completely. I did what you have write and after renaming the SSID, putting passphrase and sec again, guess what? Network is still not visible and under radios, 5G one has interface empty. (I was able to redone that, had to remove and add bridge again for the wifi to work. HOWEVER..:
any idea on how can I remove it?..)
I am more and more "angry" on Mikrotik.
EDIT:
I did auto-censure myself. This is not personal in anyway. I know you guys are doing a lot of work, I am just angry that it is so difficult and with one click you can easily break everything.
