Issue in MikroTik Hap AX3 ?

Hello! I'm writing here because I don't know which branch of the forum to write to.
I want to buy a MikroTik Hap AX3. While I was studying the information, I came across a forum about a bug in routers and they wrote that this router also has a bug.
The essence of the bug is that when a device with a low bandwidth is connected to the LAN port, or an already connected device goes to sleep, the speed on all ports drops to the same as that of this device.
Can someone who has this router (AX3) check this? Thank you in advance.
P.S. I have never dealt with MikroTik, but I am worried about a bug because I want to use WakeOnLan technology, and there the speed drops to 10mbit/s.
And this is not good if such a speed will be on all ports

I have AX3 sitting here on my right side with an HP printer in power-down mode connected to it.
So speed on that port is advertised as 10Mbps.
When I want to print something, speed goes back up to 100Mbps. And then down when going to sleep again.

But my PC is humming nicely at 1Gbps (and keeps on doing so).
Trunk to my RB5009 is at 2.5Gbps.

Maybe this was a problem in earlier versions with some other specific combinations but I have never seen that happen.

Okay. Many thanks!
I have never heard of such a thing. But I read about this and got a little scared. Because I have plans to make a file server that will be managed remotely

Lower speeds take less power. If all the device is doing with the network is waiting for a possible WoL packet, it doesn't need to be burning the power needed to run at 1 Gbps.
