DHCP via BRAS/BNG using Radius to assign IPs from global pools and Mikrotik to advertise them via BGP, can it be done?

I'm looking for a feature that mimics what Junipers do when acting as a BRAS.

We have a centralized Radius server, our multiple Juniper BRAS take incoming PPPoE and DHCP authentication requests, pass the info to Radius, Radius says Yea/Nay. If Yea, pulls the next available IP from centralized pools, tells the BRAS to let the user on and assign it the new address. The BRAS then advertises that new customer assigned /32 internally via BGP. We're not looking to do CGNAT but to assign public IPv4 & v6 addresses.

I can see how Radius+DHCP with a local DHCP pool on the Mikrotiks can work with dedicated netblocks to each Mikrotik BRAS, but how can this scale up so the Radius server provides the IP and the Mikrotik advertises it via BGP like our Juniper do. Is this an option in current 7.x code?

This really allows us to maximize our use of IPv4 networks without having to worry about network boundaries.

Thanks.
