Script Expert please. Hotspot problem

dear all,
I need a script for Hotspot IP Binding which makes "regular and bypass" for specific times by matching comment.

Just make a scheduler and add each script with the time difference

Setting to regular

/ip hotspot ip-binding set [find where comment="comment here"] type=regular

Setting to Bypassed

/ip hotspot ip-binding set [find where comment="comment here"] type=bypassed
