And how was that device upgraded to 7.14 ?
Certainly not the mainstream way of going to system / packages and then hit upgrade, I think.

Educated guess:
did you by any chance install wifi-qcom-ac package instead of wifi-qcom ?
(been there, done that, recognized the error though in my case it was the reverse, wifi-qcom on cAP XL AC device  )

Once again, you did not follow the normal way for upgrading ...

From your screenshot, I see you have WIRELESS.
That's completely wrong. That's for legacy wifi devices.

It should be wifi-qcom for AX Lite.
Download extra packages from Mikrotik site for your architecture (arm). Make sure it's the same version as ROS version currently on your device !!
Inside you will find wifi-qcom package.

First uninstall wireless, reboot.
Then drop wifi-qcom-<version> on Files, reboot.

For future:
the NORMAL way for an upgrade is to go to system / packages and hit "Upgrade".
Then all required packages will be taken care of automatically.

what is the difference between wifi-qcom and wifi-qcom-ac?
wifi-qcom is for AX devices (AX2, AX3, cAP AX, AX Lite, AX Lite LTE, Mantbox AX, ...)

wifi-qcom-ac is for arm based AC devices having a chipset compatible with wave2 drivers (ac2, ac3, cAP AC, cAP XL AC, wap ac, ...).
Using this driver on these devices makes a huge difference wifi-wise. However, most of those devices only have 16Mb storage and then things can become a bit tight depending on config. For purely AP usage, that driver is perfectly fine though.
